A MAN has been banned from wearing clothing which might expose his genitals after he was caught exposing himself on a busy bus.
Andrew Horne, 36, was handed a suspended prison sentence for flashing in the middle of the day in front of passengers.
Magistrates also imposed a seven-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order with a single prohibition.
Horne, of Leg O Mutton, Yelverton, is banned from being in a public place without wearing suitable clothing to cover his genitals at all times.
He pleaded guilty to intentionally exposing himself intending that someone would see them and be alarmed or distressed in Horrabridge on September 10. Horne had originally denied the offence but changed his plea ahead of a trial.
Plymouth Magistrates handed him an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
He must attend a 25-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, working one-to-one with probation to tackle his offending.
Magistrates said the offence was committed on a busy bus in the middle of the day. He also has previous offences for similar offending. Horne must sign the Sex Offender Register for seven years. He was ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
