Take up baton in Tavy Town Relay

AS part of Carnival Week the Tavistock Athletic Club are once again organising their annual Tavy Town Relays on behalf of the Lions.
Fun Run runners of all ages are encouraged to take part and the run will start at 6.30pm on Thursday, July 15, in The Meadows with a cost of £2 payable on the night. Relay events will also be taking place in teams of four- juniors will begin at 6.45pm and seniors at 7.30pm with each leg being 1.1 mile. The cost of a junior team is £10 and for seniors £12.
Despite unfortunate weather circumstances last year more than £400 was raised and this year the club are hoping to top it.
