RENOWNED exercise instructor Kardy Laguda will be in Okehampton this weekend to help raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
More than 100 people have already signed up to attend one of the UK's first ever 'Kardy-O-Fun' fitness parties at Parklands Leisure Centre on Saturday, January 26.
The aim of the class is to transform the way people think about exercise and to encourage them to stay fit in a fun way with a unique style of aerobics and dance.
Jon Smith, contract manager at Parklands Leisure Centre, said:?'The workout extravaganza is expected to be a great event. We are proud to support the Devon Air Ambulance.
'We love holding events that bring the community together and we hope that the workout extravaganza will do exactly that. It being January and the most popular time to get involved with exercise, we expect a strong turnout.'
Registration begins at 10.30am with the event kicking off at 11am, running until 2pm. Tickets cost £10 each.
