AS we are coming to the end of 2012 we thought that a word or two of thanks should come from the Halwill Community Market organisers and volunteers to all the 'sellers'  and to all our friends in the community who come along and support us by enjoying a cup of coffee, purchasing raffle tickets and giving our 'sellers' their custom in spite of the bad weather we have had this year.

So it is with a great deal of appreciation that we are saying 'Thank You' to you all for helping us in achieving the wonderful atmosphere that we feel on 'our' Saturdays.

With your support, it has enabled us to assist so many local charities and worthwhile causes from whom we have received many letters of thanks.

It may surprise you to know that in total we have, over the past few years, reached approximately £7,500.

Our last market this year was on December 8 and we shall begin again in February 2013 on the second Saturday monthly as usual.
