THE latest concert in the music series 'Wren Presents . . .' promises a night of folk songs inspired by traditional songs and folklore. The concert tomorrow (Friday) at the Cygnet Theatre in Exeter promises a treat for folk song fans of all persuasions with visitors Vicki Swan and Jonny Dyer and Wren's co-founders Marilyn Tucker and Paul Wilson. Vicki Swan and Jonny Dyer effortlessly blend traditional material with contemporary sounds.  Their performances showcase new interpretations of old songs alongside original self penned tunes and new contemporary songs that are entirely at home in the tradition. Marilyn Tucker and Paul Wilson make a welcome return to Exeter. They are renowned for their strong vocal harmonies and instrumental variety, with over 30 years' professional experience of performing in the UK and abroad.
