A WORKSHOP on how to make a film using simple technology and equipment is being held as part of growing interest in the industry.
The workshop, which is being held on Thursday February 12 at Hatherleigh Community Centre from 7.30pm, is aimed at beginners who are keen to learn how to make a film using video, powerpoint and animation.
Co-organiser of the workshop Geoff Hodgkinson said: 'The workshop is really all about helping people who are interested in film, to explore their creative side and to get a taste of the technology used in film making.
'I am hoping to film a story during the evening and edit it immediately afterwards.
