Wartime letters inspire Okehampton writer's novelThe fayre, organised by the South Zeal Recreation Ground committee, takes place at the recreation ground on Saturday, July 6. Among the attractions are a bouncy castle and bungie run, a selection of stalls, and games to enjoy.
The beer festival takes place at the recreation ground on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7. Opening at noon until 6pm each day there will be a large selection of real ales, local cider, wine and a pimms stall. On the Sunday there will be a family sports day and the annual rounders match.
