AN Okehampton man has been banned from every pub and nightclub in Devon for three months by magistrates. Kyle Kennealy, 21, of Pikes Mead, pleaded guilty at Exeter Magistrates Court to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour during an incident in Fore Street, Okehampton on March 8. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 surcharge.
