IN beautiful summer weather on Saturday, and the Okehampton Golf Club course in superb condition, more than a 100 competitors took part in a qualifying Stableford for the Stuart Wilson Trophy.

The winner of the trophy and division two was Bob Davies with a magnificent 46 points. Second in division two was Jim Morey with 43 points from Chris Walsh who also had 43 points. Winner of division one was Kevin Cornwall with 42 points. Second was Jerry Lock with 41 points from Phil Hobbs who also had 41.

The winner of division three was Ashley Arscott with 41pts, second was Steve Gregory with 40 from John Latham, who also had 40 points.
