THE Bratton Clovelly Football Club youth team have recently said goodbye to their long-term coach.

Along with volunteer helpers Steve Pitts has coached the team for the past six years, but other commitments have forced him to relinquish his role. The team presented Steve with some gifts to thank him for all his hard work in their last training session together on October 1.

The team welcomes boys and girls aged from six to 14 who want to play football, with children of all abilities welcome.

n The team is looking for a new coach to help train the team on Saturday mornings from 10 am to noon at Bratton Clovelly Parish Hall.
