ONCE upon a time, when my radio, or fountain pen stopped working, I took it to its local dealer/shopkeeper and it was repaired at a cost. There are no repair shops around any more. If a piece of equipment goes wrong we have to buy a new one. Return of repair shops will not only increase employment but increase brain power to see how a thing works.
