FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a chimney fire at a property in Broadwoodwidger on Sunday afternoon.

On arrival, the crew from Holsworthy station confirmed a fire involving a wood burning stove.

The crew used small tools and chimney gear to extinguish the fire.
