RHS Garden Rosemoor is celebrating the fruits of high summer this weekend, with a traditional 'Taste of Summer' garden fête, complete with a variety of stalls and side shows, expert 'grow your own' advice and fun family games.
The kaleidoscope of colour and scent in the garden in June creates a perfect backdrop to the Taste of Summer Weekend (June 25 and 26).
The garden will be home to a variety of stalls selling local and homemade produce including honey, chutneys and beeswax products, as well as dances by local Morris dancing side, Borderline.
Help and advice on growing your own fruit and vegetables will be available and cookery demonstrations will show you how to use up summer fruit and vegetables.
There will be plenty for children to do including drop in workshops, childrens' trails, face painting and traditional Punch and Judy shows at 12.30pm and 3pm on both days.
