A WEST Devon school pupil has had his artwork on display in Exeter Guildhall this month.
Charlie Crocker, aged ten, from Lew Trenchard Primary School, was presented with a certificate for his painting depicting Exeter Catheral by the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Stella Brock, at the Guilhall on May 2.
His painting in black and greys was one of 15 selected from more than 80 created by children from all over Devon, who had attended art workshops to create images commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Blitz, when 20,000 properties in the city of Exeter were destroyed.
The children's paintings along with artifacts, historical photographs and paintings, have been on public display in Exeter's 800 year old Guildhall from April 26 until today (Thursday).
