FIREFIGHTERS from Okehampton were called to deal with a chimney fire at a property in the town's Leeze Park last Wednesday.

One fire appliance, with Watch Commander Ian Donovan in charge, were called to the building at 6.20pm — the crew used chimney equipment to make the property safe.
