A coffee morning held at Stocken Park Farm, Inwardleigh, by permission of Mrs Carol Timms, raised money for cancer research. Raffle prizes included a luxury Christmas hamper, chocolates with wine and a luxury Christmas cake. The raffle was drawn by Georgina Close a young teenager from South Zeal who has raised £1,277 for cancer research in the last year. The morning was a great success, despite frosty weather, raising another £500 to the cause. Thanks were expressed to everyone for their support.
