SOUTH Zeal-based company Reddaways Removals Ltd is hoping to be crowned winner of the domestic mover of the year 2014-15 competition when the winner is announced later this month. The competition, held by The British Association of Removers, is in its sixth year and is the UK's most esteemed annual domestic removals award. Reddaways Removals Ltd has been selected as one of three chosen finalists and is competing against two other removal companies — Britannia Lanes of Somerset and Bristol and Kilmarnock Removals in Scotland. Companies entering the competition this year have been judged on their performance, commitment and leadership in the domestic removals market. The aim of the competition is to encourage and celebrate high standards. The company is a family-run business and carries out all removal services from moving single items to a full household pack and removal, as well as export moving services. Within their purpose built warehouse space they offer storage and self-store facilities for domestic and business purposes. Geoff Clinch, Reddaways Removals Ltd director, said: 'We are continually looking to raise the standard of the services we offer, and this is reflected in our high level of repeat and recommended customers. 'Being a finalist in the competition for the fourth year is testament to our dedicated team of hard working staff who aim to constantly deliver a first class service to our customers.' The winner will be announced at the BAR Annual Conference in Glasgow on Saturday, May 17 during a prestigious gala dinner and awards evening.
