West Devon Connect and their partners will bring an array of information to the centre of Okehampton on Saturday April 25.
The community day will see more than 12 agencies and organisations offering help and advice on a range of public services between 10am and 3pm in the area around St James' Church in the town.
A joint venture between all the organisations, the event continues the council's West Devon Connect initiative of taking services out to the residents.
There will be something for everyone on the day, including help and advice for the Digital Switchover and a number of emergency vehicles, which will be on display for all to have a close-up look at the real thing.
Representatives from Devon and Cornwall Police, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, Devon Wheels 2 Work, Citizens Advice Bureau, Age Concern Devon, South West Pound and West Devon Borough Council are among those looking forward to meeting the many visitors Okehampton enjoys on a busy Saturday.
Max Jowett, from the not-for-profit organisation, Devon Wheels 2 Work, said: 'We are delighted to support local events such as the Community Services Day.
'This is an excellent opportunity for people to come along and speak to us about how we can help 16 to 65 year olds with transport to further education and places of work, so come along and see us on the day.'
