OKEHAMPTON Excelsior Silver Band lived up to their name at the 90th West of England Bandsmen's Festival held in Bugle on Saturday. The band won the Deportment Trophy for the third year running, ensuring the Sir Charles Cottier Cup travelled home with them once again.
