NORTH Tawton's Taw Valley Creamery has been rewarded once again for its outstanding cheeses, walking away with eight awards at the World Cheese Awards.
Amongst the eight accolades achieved by the North Tawton-based creamery were gold awards for its sweeter mature cheddar and traditional mature cheddar. The creamery also won three silver awards and three bronze awards at the show.
Brian Kerr, site manager at Taw Valley Creamery, said: 'This year has already been a great year for Taw Valley in terms of awards, so to have received even more honours at the recent World Cheese Awards is fantastic.
'We pride ourselves on the quality of our cheeses and to be recognised at a world class show such as this is a great achievement.
'Without the dedication and expertise of our cheesemakers, winning these awards just wouldn't be possible.'
