A COUPLE from Dowland have proven their incredible devotion to one another, as they recently celebrated an incredible 60 years of marriage.

Celebrating their amazing anniversary at the Northcott Hall in Iddesleigh on May 25, Edna and Ronald Pope were joined by one of Ronald's ushers and three of Edna's bridesmaids.

Around 70 guests enjoyed a buffet tea, and Mr and Mrs Pope were also very proud to receive a congratulatory card from the Queen.
