A WINE and wisdom evening to raise funds for Cancer Research UK is due to be staged at Hatherleigh Community Centre next month.

The event will take place on Saturday April 24. Teams of six people are invited to enter at a cost of £24 per team, to include a bottle of wine and platter of cheese.

The evening will also include a bar and raffle. Doors and bar open at 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start.
