A CHRISTIAN worship leader filled a packed Charter Hall during the Easter weekend.

Noel Richards, who has released many singles and albums and is used to playing large arenas such as Wembley and the Millennium stadium, attended a joint celebration of New Life, Inspiration, and Gilead churches in Okehampton on Sunday.

The Sunday morning started with worship from the Gilead group, led by Beth Taylor.

Mr Richards and his wife, Trish, then led worship and were accompanied by the Rev David Cooke from New Life church.
