OKEHAMPTON mayor Janet Carpenter is pictured with Fairtrade banana farmers Simeon Greene and Veronica Browne at a tea party at Fairplace Church recently. The two farmers from the Windward Islands visited the town to mark Fairtrade Fortnight, also visiting the Co-operative and Waitrose supermarkets. They also visited Okehampton Primary School.
