The event is in aid of the Children's Hospice South West, Exeter Leukaememia Fund. Devon and Cornwall cancer charity Force and the Ellen Tinkham School for Disabled Children.
This is a follow on from the sucessful festival the club held last year which enabled it to raise more than £10,000 for local charities.
Members are hoping for even better this year with live bands, a craft fair, a hog roast, a charity auction and many other attractions.
On August Bank Holiday weekend Sunday 29th the club will hold its annual Fun Day at Hatherleigh Cricket Ground.
Again this is in aid of local charities — this year it is Devon Air Ambulance and the Children's Hospice South West.
