THE New Carlton Cinema will host the premiere of a film made by three local students next week.

'A New Perspective' can be seen at the cinema on Friday, September 7. The film, made by Will Ingram, Jake Hooper and Patrick Allen, aims to raise awareness of disability by following the experiences of people with learning disabilities in day-to-day life.

During filming, the trio got to know the people they followed, and gained a deeper understanding of the issues facing those with disabilities.

The premiere takes place on Friday September 7 at 2pm. Admission is free but seats are limited.
