New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Torridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Village Inn Pub, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Village Inn, Youngaton Road, Westward Ho!, Bideford was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 30.

And Bokhara Indian Takeaway, a takeaway at 29 South Street, Torrington, Devon was given a score of four on May 7.
