THE Red Lion Inn in Exbourne is holding a grand fundraiser to raise money for the village’s methodist church and pre-school, who share the same premises, on Sunday, October 1.

The epic afternoon and evening of feasting starts with a cream tea at 4pm, to be followed by a pudding and quiz at 7pm and an auction with inimitable local raconteur Robert Pyle. There will also be a raffle.
