SATURDAY September 12 will be the Devon Historic Churches Day which will offer the opportunity for people to join others across the county in the annual bike, ride or stride fundraising event.

The use of a horse, bicycle or two feet has become a popular and enjoyable way to visit churches and chapels and raise money for them through sponsorship — 50% of the funds raised are returned immediately to the participant's own parish, 50% goes to funding grants for the maintenance of Devon churches and all age groups can enjoy participating.
