THE Sourton Scramble run takes place on Saturday, October 29, with organisers already taking entries.

Runners can either participate in a one and a half mile fun run, or the circular 6.7 mile scramble.

Both routes take in picturesque views of Dartmoor, with the event raising funds for the upkeep of Sourton Parish Hall.

The races sets off from the parish hall at 11am. Entries can be made in advance or on the day.
