SHEBBEAR Parishes Protection Group is holding a public meeting tonight (Thursday) to discuss screening applications for wind turbines in the area.

The meeting at Shebbear Village Hall is welcome to everyone, and will have three guest speakers.

The chair of North Devon Campaign to Protect Rural England Bob Barfoot, chair of Torridge CPRE Penny Riches-Mills and Patricia Poulton, a resident living near the Higher Darracott wind turbines in Torrington will all speak, sharing their opinion on the applications.
