OKEHAMPTON Judo Club students made good progress through the British Judo Council Syllabus at club grading.
Primaries (under 10 years-old): Ben Bowles (three blue tabs), Jay Ratcliffe and Sam Drew (two red tabs), Hannah Harbron and Ollie Tayton (one red tab). Juniors (under 16 years old): Alfie Budd (orange belt two green tabs), Haydon Perrior (yellow belt three orange tabs), Sam Cawse (yellow belt one orange tab), Caleb Bourne and Angus Bellamy (yellow belt), Thomas and Edward Thistleton-Dyer, Harriet Hawkins (white belt three yellow tabs), Henry Harbron and Mollie Courtenay-Brett (white belt two yellow tabs) and Holly Harbron (white belt one yellow tab); Seniors: Matt Jelley third kyu (green belt); Coaching award: Aidan Bostock qualified as BJC FPJ level one coach and also as a coach with the AJA.
Darren Bostock, sensei, thanks all club coaches for their help with the club grading.
