OKEHAMPTON started the stronger with quick passing with Brett Lawson, Dan Rademaker, Stuart Jarvis, Jake Lloyd, Sam Whalley and Lewis Day.

Their dominance soon paid off, winning a short corner which Whalley playing his first ever league match showed good composure to drill the ball into the net.

Bridgwater quickly equalised when Oke failed to make a tackle. Undeterred Okehampton quickly retook the lead from Brett Lawson dribbled past four Bridgwater players before pile driving the ball into the net from a tight angle.

Playing a high tempo game in hot conditions the young Okehampton side tired and spent much of the second half containing the Bridgwater attack - defenders Reinier Rademaker, Ed Howard, Pete Sim and Will Cooper thwarting anything Bridgwater could muster up.

The home side\s failure to score was punished when Daan Rademaker scored Oke's third to round up the scoring and win.
