LYNDRIDGE Care Day Centre is having an open day on Wednesday, April 25.

At the open day there will be stalls for bric-a-brac and cakes, as well as raffles and an Easter egg hunt.

The day centre, opened in February, runs a wide range of actitivies for active elders, including bingo, card and board games, quizzes and knitting and sewing circles.

It also runs a number of luncheon clubs which offer refreshments and activities. Proceeds raised from the open day will go to the running of the day centre.
