NEW Life Church is setting up a new monthly service, to encourage people to attend in a more laid back and less formal setting.

The church is to use the Charter Hall on the second Sunday of each month.

Pastor Colin Emmett from the church said: 'It will be a less formal service, and more of a presentation. We are just looking to welcome new people to the church.'

The first service, on Sunday March 10, has the theme of hope. It starts in the Charter Hall at 10.30am, and all are welcome.
