VILLAGERS in Throwleigh will hold their New Year Party next month — bad weather forced organisers to cancel the celebrations in January.

Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the classic sound of Blue Pineapple Touring Cabaret for an evening of music and melody from the 20th Century.

The evening will include a bring and share supper with both a savoury and a sweet course. There will also be a licensed bar. Entrance is by ticket only and costs £6 to include a complimentary cocktail. Tickets purchased for the cancelled event in January are still valid.
