ON Saturday in lovely warm spring conditions a large field played in a four ball better ball at Okehampton Golf Club.
Winners of division one with 46 points were Will Searle and Lewis Parry; second were Graham Browne and Rod Milsom-Smith with 45 on the back nine from, in third Lee Pengelly and Mark Wonnacott.
Winners of division two were Alan Stokes and Bob Collett with 47 points; second were Will Kinkead and Nick Redman on 44 and third Paul Ayris and Kerry Skinner with 43 points. Okehampton played Dartmouth in the third round of the mens' Mail on Sunday competition at Exeter Golf and Country Club. Okehampton are now through to the fourth round after winning three and half to one and a half.
