THE Devon Air Ambulance Trust is holding their sixth annual Motorbike Ride Out on Sunday July 10, with one of the three start points in Winkleigh.

Riders will be leaving Zukis Cafe in Winkleigh at 10am, and ride through around 45 miles of Devon's countryside before finishing at Paignton Green in Torbay.

Family and friends are welcome to Paignton Green to welcome the riders, where there will be live music from Devon bands the Cadence and Ten Feet Tall. There will also be an exhibition, trade stands and refreshments.

All riders will receive a goodie bag for taking part, and all bikes will be entered for judging in the three categories — best custom bike, best classic bike and best in show.

Caroline Creer, director of fundraising for Devon Air Ambulance Trust, is looking forward to the event: 'Our annual Motorcycle Ride Out is always incredibly well supported.  It's such a good day out and the atmosphere on Paignton Green is amazing.

'The motorcycling community of Devon is very appreciative of the work of the Devon Air Ambulance and this is one event where they can be involved and really give something back.'

You can take part in the event for just £12 by registering at the Zukis Cafe registration point in Winkleigh from 8.30am. Cash only. All funds raised will go to Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
