THe game got off to a fast start in this closely contested game.

Okehampton producing a quick counter attack from a through ball from Daan Rademaker to Jake Lloyd who beat three players and coolly took the ball round the keeper to score a great team goal.

Although the defence of Ian Miller, Tim Morgan and Scott Bending held back the waves of attacks from Teign well the visitors went into the break 2-1 down.

After the interval Okehampton kept piling on the pressure from great passing moves in the midfield from Simon Bourne, Ed Howard, Lewis Day and substitute Stuart Jarvis, creating great chances which Okehampton did not capitalise on —resulting in Teign scoring a third goal.

The visitors' defence held strong with Mike Reynolds stopping chances from the Teign attack.

Okehampton were rewarded with another great team goal that resulted when Jake Lloyd passed to Simon Bourne who slotted the ball into the bottom corner. The visitors stayed strong with some great saves from keeper and captain Hayden Bond but near the end let in a futher goal from a counter attack from Teign.

There were some defence piercing runs from Alex Emuss and a good all round effort from Oke man of the match Sam Whalley.
