AFTER a poor start to the match Ashmoor took a surprise lead ten minutes into the game. This gave the young Ashmoor side confidence and they took the game to Okehampton found a second goal midway through the half after some mistakes and bad defending from the home side.

Oke could have gone further behind if it wasn't for some good defending from man of the match Ian Miller.

After a dismal first half, Okehampton went into the half time break knowing if they were going to get anything from game, they would have to up their performance.

Okehampton A managed to claw their way into the game and started to play good passing hockey and Jake Lloyd got a goal back after a good cross from Stuart Jarvis, Lloyd then turned provider with Jarvis getting the final touch to tip the ball into the net.

Okehampton were now in total control got a further three goals through a Brett Lawson brace first from a short corner and then a reverse strike and Sam Spry completing the scoring from a flick to complete this impressive comeback and makes it four games undefeated with three wins and a draw.
