PEOPLE in Okehampton and the Hamlets are being invited along to a launch event for the final public consultation on the area’s draft Neighbourhood Plan.

The launch of the Okehampton Town and Hamlets Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 14 Consultation is being held on Saturday (October 22) at the Ockment Centre between 9am and 12.30pm. The event offers the chance to talk to members of the plan steering group about what it contains – it will influence what is allowed to be built in Okehampton in the future. The ‘Regulation 14’ consultation takes place up until December 3, a final chance before the plan goes to a Referendum. See www.okehamptonneighbourhoodplan.com
