Members of the ladies’ Okehampton Friendship Group are looking forward to meeting up again as the group resumes its meetings on Friday, March 4 at the Ockment Centre.

The meeting this coming Friday takes place from 2-4pm and will be a games afternoon. It offers the chance to  meet other women in the community and enjoy refreshments, speakers and activities. The group aims to offer a relaxing, informal couple of hours each month.

.Sue Leech, who runs the group, has  emphasised that new members are very welcome to come along. Regular meetings will continue on a monthly basis on the first Friday of each month.
