Okehampton 6
Sidmouth B 0
THE game started brightly for league leaders Okehampton as they pushed forward looking to attack straight from the start.
It wasn't long before they took the lead, Luke Miller scoring with a great drag flick effort from a short corner.
The second soon followed as the Okehampton men dominated leading to Mark Parsons slotting home after being left unmarked in the area.
The home side made created chances at will and Josh Speak's run down the left and ball in was steered home again by Parsons to mark a fairly easy first half performance.
The second half saw the home side up their porformance and dominated proceedings. They failed to penetrate the away side's defence for the opening ten minutes or so of the second half, although Sidmouth were not offering anything going forward so it made it comfortable for the hosts.
Miller scored the fourth with a carbon copy of his first goal, another excellent drag flick into the top corner. The fifth came Parsons again left unmarked slotted the ball under the advancing goalkeeper and then turned provider to set up Chris Luxton who wrapped up the scoring and a comfortable win. Oke's men of the match were James Rogers and Andrew Paterson.
