Following continued concerns about overflowing dog waste bins in the town, Okehampton Town Council debated the possibility of purchasing extra bins.

Of particular concern was the dog waste bin at the corner of Chichacott Rd and Crediton Rd, but the state of the dog poo bin on Fatherford Lane was also mentioned though that is in Okehampton Hamlet Parish Council’s remit.

The council is yet to make a decision.
