OKEHAMPTON Waitrose recently donated £810.97 to their charity of the year 2015, Veterans with Dogs.

Chrissie MacLellan, charity trustee, said: ‘I wanted to say a special thank you to Waitrose Okehampton for their support of our charity Veterans with Dogs.

‘We are a charity organisation training assistance dogs to increase independence and improve quality of life for British ex-servicemen and women with invisible injuries.

‘Training assistance Dogs for Veterans with service-related mental health conditions. Their donation enables us to provide much needed support and is so gratefully received.’
