THE Lighthouse Club Construction Industry Charity has been presented with a £1,000 cheque by the Fishleigh family of Sourton and members of Okehampton Young Farmers’ Club.
The Lighthouse Club Construction Industry Charity recently helped the Fishleigh family following the loss of their beloved dad Paul Fishleigh in a tragic accident.
The charity recently gave a talk to the young farmers’ club at Sourton Village Hall about its history and how it helps families and individuals in their time of need due to accident, illness or death.
The £1,000 was raised during the last year at various functions the club had organised.
