THROWLEIGH Village Hall committee has lined up a number of events for the coming year, including a plant sale this spring.

The committee is looking for lots of contributions to help make the sale a big success and welcomes house plants, garden books, pots and tools.

All proceeds from the sale support the village hall and the committee is happy to sell larger items on a 50/50 basis.

The plant sale will be held on Sunday, May 23 at 2pm at 3 The Orchard in Throwleigh village centre.

Contributions are welcome on the morning of the sale.
