Searching for Mills family

I AM searching my family history of the Mills family of Okehampton. My great grandad was John Mills who married an Eliza (nee Mills) both born in Okehampton, although they were married in Portskewett, Wales. I believe he was married before to an Emily Luxton who passed away very young.

As Eliza was a Mills marrying a Mills my search is proving very difficult.

The family had one or two butcher's shops in Okehampton.

If anyone has any information about the Mills family I would be really grateful.
