WITH reference to the Times (March 29): On page 5 there is a picture of a group of people taken at a celebration tea held at the Bedford Hotel, Tavistock, marking the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the society.

This leads one to the question: Just what society is this the anniversary of?

I think you would have to agree that this is not clearly stated — indeed, not stated at all!
