WEST Devon residents are reminded this festive season that through recycling used postage stamps, charitable organisations can benefit.

The collection of used postage stamps for Hospiscare, the cancer-care charity that helps children, adults and their families, continues each year in South Zeal, Belstone, Sticklepath and Okehampton. Before putting envelopes in the recycling bin, just tear off the envelope corner with the stamps on and pass them to a Hospiscare helper or to your preferred charity that recycles stamps; any that can be spared for Hospiscare will be welcomed at the Hospiscare shop in the Victorian Arcade, Okehampton or at Buttercup Cottage, South Zeal.
